Cancellation Policy
Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this. Your appointments are very important to us at Haringtons.
Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
For hair extensions, hair smoothing appointments and some technical appointments, such as balayage or perms, or other situations as the manager sees fit, we will require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment at the time of booking.
Wedding Hair
Wedding hair appointments are booked following a consultation and will be subject to a quote given by the stylist at that time. Wedding quotes may fall outside of our usual pricing structure and if required will include travel time and travel costs. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment(s) at the time of booking. Full payment will be required two weeks before the event. Wedding hair deposits will be refunded as follows:
Up to 1 month before your appointment date – 100%
Between 1 month and two weeks prior to your appointment – 50%
Up to two weeks prior to your appointment – Nil
Refundable Deposits
All deposits (excluding those mentioned below) will be refunded as follows:
Up to 1 week before your appointment date – 100%
Between 1 week and 48 hours prior to your appointment – 50%
Up to 48 hours prior to your appointment – Nil
