What is an Apprenticeship?
Working with our highly experienced Education Team, you will work towards your Level 2 Professional Diploma in Hairdressing which lasts 2 years and 3 months.
You will be required to work some late nights and Saturdays within one of our professional salon environments, as well as attending our internal college based in Marlow or Winchester.
It involves a combination of practical and theoretical learning, and includes tasks such as:
Client services: Greeting clients, making appointments, and processing payments
Salon maintenance: Keeping the salon clean and tidy
Hairdressing services: Shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying hair, as well as assisting senior hairdressers with cutting, coloring, and styling
Consultation: Examining and analyzing hair, skin, and scalp, and identifying contraindications
Training: Attending training sessions, assessments, and reviews

You will be learning your creative skills from our excellent Training Heads, and all of our stylists and colourists are involved as everyone understands how important it is that you grow. You’ll also learn the theory elements at our very own in-house college!
