As a loyal member of the Haringtons family, you will already be aware that we strive to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience for all our clients. 

To ensure that we are able to keep our dedicated staff, maintain the quality of our service and keep up with continuously increasing product costs, we do have to inform you that as of October 1st, we will be introducing a small price increase to some of our services where we aren’t able to maintain historic pricing. 

In the last year we have:

• Paid staff competitive wages, which are higher than the industry average.

• Focused on upgrading our apprenticeship program.

• Invested in improving development and training opportunities for our people.

• Continued to run our Haringtons Helps scheme to give back to local communities. 

• Extended our Haringtons Helps scheme to new parents to give a much-needed boost in what can be a very challenging time!

• Merged our Southampton and Winchester salons to absorb costs, while retaining all our brilliant staff.

Going forward we will:

• Be celebrating our 40 year anniversary, and to kick it off, we have Golden Tickets for clients visiting our salons in October, with lots of prizes to win!

• Begin a new loyalty scheme in October, which will allow our clients to earn rewards each time they visit us.

• Launch a new Graduate level for styling and technical services with prices starting from £46.00 for a cut and finish.

• Focus on sustainability across all our salons by introducing schemes such as Vish and the Green Salon Collective. 

• Be working alongside our partner company Net Zero Now, as we have made a sustainability pledge and are officially on the road to Net Zero.

• Introduce an optional £2 Green Fee to allow us to make eco-schemes cost neutral across all our salons.
